Rapid building assessment survey templates
These survey templates are digital representations of the rapid building assessment form (all event types), and the geotechnical rapid assessment form, designed for territorial authorities to download onto an ArcGIS platform (eg Survey123).
The templates can be adapted to include other questions, and extended within the additional capabilities of Survey123.

Terms of use
No access and use constraints. These forms are not formally approved by any government agency, however they use the rapid building assessment form (all event types), and geotechnical assessment form which is provided by the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
Guidance for administrators
Guidance is available for system administrators on how to publish the rapid building assessment survey templates into their organisation's ArcGIS Online/ Enterprise for use.

Data dictionary: rapid building assessment templates
In recognition that not all territorial authorities use the Survey123 application, a digital dictionary is being created for use for alternative digital survey products.
This dictionary will allow for standardisation of data collection and storage across all users of the MBIE Building in Emergencies form templates.
